200 mile victory lap; Ragnar Cape Cod

Having never done a Ragnar Relay before I had no expectations other than wanting to run to raise funds and awareness for drug and alcohol addiction recovery beside 11 other teammates doing the same. Not only did that occur but along the way, 200 miles overnight in a van form Nantasket Beach in Hull, Mass to Smuggler’s Cove beach in Yarmouth, Mass we became family, friends and warriors for each other in the battle that is recovery. Enjoy the podcast where I speak with Elizabeth about what it was like along the way. #werecovertogether
