This smoothie combines all the after-workout or run essentials to replenish your energy and heal your muscles (plus it tastes dam good as well.)

Here are the details:

using your blender combine;

  • 1 banana quartered

  • 1 table spoon of natural peanut butter

  • 1 cup frozen fruit

  • 10 oz almond milk

  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds

  • 1 scoop of you favorite protein powder

Blend until smooth and enjoy.
